Senior Software Engineer

QA Cafe is looking for an experienced senior software engineer to help expand our flagship product CDRouter and work on emerging products. This position requires a background in general IP networking with solid coding experience in C/Linux and scripting. Previous experience developing protocols or test cases for protocols is a big plus. Applicants should have a passion for network testing and related internet technologies including IP, NAT, DHCP, PPPoE, VoIP, ADSL, 802.11, TR-069, IPSEC, routing, etc.

Required Skills:
  • Applicants should be familiar with CPE devices and be comfortable debugging network problems.
  • Previous protocol development experience under C/Linux or other embedded systems.
  • Comfortable working daily in a Linux environment. Must be able to install and configure Linux systems from scratch.
  • The candidate must demonstrate good verbal and email communication skills.
  • The candidate must be a self-starter who is willing to learn new technologies on an almost daily basis.
